The quarterly MQA is a tool designed to help you set goals and measure your progress towards them. You will complete it quarterly and then submit it virtually for analysis. After your coach analyzes your assessment, they will contact you to review your MQA and will update your client profile with specific goals and a plan for how to achieve them, including training schedule, cues, daily practices, and homework. With every step outlined for you to reach your goals, the strategy for success is in your hands. All you need to do is execute.
The movement quality assessment features high-intensity movements in order to measure your autonomic nervous system’s response. The ANS acts largely unconsciously and is responsible for bodily functions, such as:
Heart / Breathing rates
Balance of water / electrolytes
Body fluid production
High intensity exercise gives us a clear indication of how your ANS responds to exercise and how we can improve that response. Put simply, this assessment will measure your physiology and your athleticism. Why do we care? Because they are the two largest indicators of health and physique. If your ANS is operating well, so are the organs. If your athleticism is improving, so is your physique. Tie that together with healthy habits such as food, water, sleep, and movement, and you’ve got the aesthetics as well as a sustainably performance-ready, pain free body.
