The Virtual Group Training Program is designed to achieve three goals:
To Accelerate Growth Rate
Provide members the opportunity to put education from their Guided or Non-Guided Training block into practice, increasing their ability to create lasting change.
To Build A Supportive Community
Resident clients will have the opportunity to invite anyone they feel would benefit from IsO principles and practices, and will receive discounts and offers for doing so.
To Make Movement Education Accessible
We believe that accessibility and education are necessary to progress. Movement education creates self awareness, which increases the chances that a person will make decisions that improve their health and longevity.
How the Program Works
The Virtual Group Training Program (VGTP) will now consist of two class types: (1) Essentials + Foundations and (2) ISO Training.
Essentials + Foundations classes are the heart of the VGTP. These 60-minute sessions will be similar in format to the current Mobility + Strength classes, and will be offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. They will focus heavily on preparing your body for athletic movement by building:
Alignment, Tension, and Pressure (Essentials)
Mechanical Strength (Essentials)
Rotational ability, Force Distribution or Management, and Power (Foundations)
Essentials + Foundations classes will take place at the beginning of the week because they provide the most value. Monday and Tuesday classes have historically had the highest attendance, so we decided to pair the most important classes of the week with the times that appear the most convenient for you.
IsO Training classes are 30-minute, high impact workouts that will take you through the entire spectrum of movement, from mobility, to strength, to explosive movements. These classes will be offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The IsO Training classes are an opportunity for our private members to test and grow their Essentials & Foundations. They focus less on education and more on the application of your education in a high intensity, competitive environment.
